The App is intended for users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App provides a default service for free to users worldwide. This service includes:
For enhanced features such as extended charts, analytics, color palette schemes for charts, ability to store comments, and other premium features ("Pro Features"), a subscription plan is available for monthly or annual payments. Additionally, users have the option to make a one-time purchase for lifetime access to Pro Features and any future updates.
Payments for subscription plans are processed through Apple, and users are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on their chosen plan. One-time purchases for lifetime access are processed as a single payment.
All data generated and entered by the user is stored locally on their device. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of this data. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and are encouraged to regularly back up their data.
We reserve the right to terminate a user's access to the App for violation of these Terms of Use or any other reason deemed appropriate.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
